Thomas Bucher Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Thomas (Tommy) Maynor Bucher, 68, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at home with his loving family by his side. The son of the late E.R. Bucher, Jr. & Carolyn Dorcas (Maynor) Bucher he was proceeded in death by his son, Todd Curtis Bucher. Tommy was a retired business owner; but his most meaningful career was as the loving husband of 43 years to his wife Linda; devoted father to Kristen (Shawn) Anderson, Gretchen (Joe) Kelly, & Todd Curtis Bucher; grandfather to Brandon Godwin, Greyson Godwin, Lauren Arthur, Aidan Kelly, Olivia Kelly & Ava Kelly & great-grandfather to Liam Godwin & Holland Grace Arthur. He also is survived by his brother E.R.(Woody) Bucher, III, his sister Dorcas Bucher Stapleton & his brother-in-law Danny Stapleton. Tommy loved all things rock & roll & was an avid record collector & enjoyed target shooting, refurbishing old turntables & radios, driving his classic Corvette & many other hobbies. A graveside service will be held at Crown Memorial Park, Pineville, NC at 11:00 AM on Friday May 20, 2022. A Celebration of Life Service will be later that Friday from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at Southern Charm Event Center, 534 Waterford Glen Way, Rock Hill where guests will be invited to share their memories of Tommy.
