Peggy Fleming

Peggy (Margaret) Mary Fierthaler Fleming, age 74, of Indian Land, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Atrium Health Care in Pineville.Born in Brooklyn, New York on December 13, 1948, Peggy was a daughter of the late George Washington Fierthaler and Margaret Quirk Fierthaler.She loved working with children and was a child caregiver in New Jersey and Florida. She loved spending time with her husband and family and enjoyed all things related to Disney, including Tinkerbell and Winnie the Pooh.Surviving are her sons, Keith (Lora) and Scott (Cyndi); her brothers, George Fierthaler and Artie Fierthaler; her sister, Susie Giampiccolo (Joe); six grandchildren, Megan, Emily, Phoenix, Trinity, Raven and Shylee; and three great-grandchildren; and her dog, Freckles. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Ted Jay P. Fleming (2022).Read Obituary
