Paul Lawrence Marion, age 55, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020, at his home in Charlotte, NC.The services will be private.Born in Fort Benning, Georgia, Paul was a son of Harold Worth Marion, Sr. and Linda Ann Parker Marion. He worked for Century Contracting for 28 years. Paul enjoyed dirt track racing and was part owner of the Marion #75 Car. He had many friends, many of them through his racing experiences at the Lancaster Motor Raceway.Paul is survived by his father, Harold Worth Marion, Sr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Carthage, NC; his brothers, Harold Worth Marion, Jr. of Gastonia, NC, and James Marion and his wife, Debbie of Fort Mill, SC; and his sister, Deb Maloy and her husband, George of Yorktown, IN.Read Obituary
