Mrs. Nellie Osborne Caston, 83, died Monday, November 13, 2017, at Universal Health Care in Concord, N.C.The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2017, at Wolfe Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gary Conrad. Burial will be at Unity Cemetery.Born in Weathers Place, S.C., Mrs. Caston was one of nine children born to the late Charlie Boyce Osborne and Grace Adkins Osborne. She was a homemaker and attended Blessed Hope Freewill Baptist Church. She was a fun loving woman and loved telling jokes.Surviving is her brother, Sammy Osborne of York. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Caston (1985); brothers, Fin, Teet, Dink, Bill, and Tom Osborne; sisters, Kate Osborne Hammonds and Lily Mae (Jackie) Long.The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2017, at Wolfe Funeral Home and other times at the home of Sammy Osborne in York.Read Obituary
