Mr. Michael Kevin Winger, 67, of Fort Mill, died Friday, October 30, 2015, at Magnolia Manor in Rock Hill.Visitation will be at 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Wolfe Funeral Home.Born in Marion, Indiana, Mr. Winger was a son of the late Ira Robert Winger and Florence Elizabeth Kalkhof Winger. He was retired from U.S. Navy. After retiring from the Navy, he was a police officer with the Tega Cay Police Department for 15 years and later as a dispatcher.Surviving are his wife, Jane Fern Riewaldt Winger; his son, Michael Ira Winger of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his daughter, Amy Elizabeth Winger of Port Aransas, Texas.Memorial contributions may be made to American Stroke Association, Memorial & Tribute Processing Ctr., P.O.
