Mary Estridge Moore

Mrs. Mary Eunice Estridge Moore, 93, died Friday, September 29, 2017, at Kindred Hospice in Columbus, Georgia.Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Fort Mill Church of the Nazarene. The funeral will follow at 3 p.m., with Pastor Joshua Fite and Pastor Mickey Smith officiating. Burial will be at Harrison United Methodist Church in Pineville.Born in Pineville, Mary was the last surviving of six children born to the late Allen Wesley Estridge and Margaret Helms Estridge. She was a former employee of Springs Industries and Everloc. Mary’s church was an important part of her life and she loved reading her Bible and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended the Senior Group at Unity Presbyterian ChurchSurviving are her daughter, Elizabeth “Lib” Munday (Joel) of Fort Mill; her granddaughter and caregiver, Kimberly Robertson Toole (Jesse); two additional grandchildren, Christopher Warren Munday and Lauren Elizabeth Munday; her daughter-in-law, Sandee Moore and her children and grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by three children, Clyde Allen Moore, Brenda Moore Robertson (Ben Moody) and an infant child; and two brothers, Allen Wesley Estridge Jr. and John Estridge; and three sisters, Polly Wilson (Andrew), Lucille Lazar (Henry) and Ollie Estridge.Memorial contributions may be made to the Fort Mill Church of the Nazarene, 109 Harris Street, Fort Mill, SC 29715.Read Obituary
