Our condolences and sympathies to Joann and the Twedt family. I have fond memories of Lloyd and it has been a privilege to have been his friend and known him. He always had some good stories and strong opinions on many subjects. Lloyd always spoke of his love for Joann and his family when we got together. We had talks of his Naval career and his interest in past and current military operations and politics. Lloyd had a great sense of humor and kept people smiling with his conversation and personality. I will always remember Lloyd and miss him and his visits with me on his travels. I know Joann and his family and friends will remember and think of all the good things and accomplishments Lloyd achieved throughout his career and life. May he 'Rest in Peace' now and forever.
