Miss Karen Marie “Kay” Hucks, age 68, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at Piedmont Medical Center.The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Flint Hill Baptist Church. The funeral ceremony will follow at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Wayne Deffinger and Dr. Dan Griffin officiating. . Burial will be in the church cemetery.A Fort Mill native, Kay was a daughter of the late Bill Eugene Hucks and Carrie Ford Hucks. She graduated from Rock Hill High School. Kay was a Flint Hill Baptist Church Member and she enjoyed attending church, Camp Joy, Forever Friends and Just Joy.Kay is proceeded in death by her parents Bill Eugene Hucks, Carrie Ford and her brother Barry Hucks. Kay is survived her brother, Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Hucks of Fort Mill.Memorials may be made to Flint Hill Baptist Church and Wayne Patrick Hospice House.Read Obituary
