Joan will always hold a special place in my heart. Her personality and beautiful smile lifted you. On my wedding day, she gave me a gift to give to my mom that we will treasure. Praying for you Kimberly and your family.

Meetings aren't quite the same, walking down the Tega Cay Drive path isn't quite as much fun as Joanie's giggle leaves a quiet corner in our hearts. Her homemade apple butter was delicious as she handed it to us saying, "Enjoy!" And we did! Loving, gracious, caring, a great tap dancer with rhythm and flip of her costume's skirt, Joanie was a gift to us. We are most grateful that she was part of our lives! She brought us closer to the God of our understanding.

Kimberly and Family, thank you taking such loving care of Joan!

Joanie was the first person to welcome us to the neighborhood in Tega Cay 15 years ago. She was always the most thoughtful and considerate person. Always felt like family especially during holidays as our family was in another state. We always had some of her delicious meals since Ralph didn't like leftovers. I miss her so much.

We all loved Joanie and Eunice the moment we met them the day we joined Kappa Delta Sorority at Drury College, and we have loved them ever since. Joanie had such a warm personality and quick smile. She was a good friend to all of us and a leader in the group from the beginning. She was even more special to me when she invited me out to the farm and I got to meet her wonderful family. Our friendship endured through the decades as the Kappa Deltas began gathering together again forty years later. I especially remember the reunions with her in Wisconsin, Branson, and San Antonio. I loved Joanie and always will. She was a truly good person. Nancy Williams Hartman Stugart
