Jens Peter Freese

Mr. Jens Peter Freese, age 65, passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.Born in Hamburg, Germany, Peter was the son of the late Robert Friedrich Freese and Marie Christine Hermine Peterson Freese. He retired as a pharmaceutical plant supervisor for Leiner Health Products. After retiring, he started Peter Freese Consulting, working with various pharmaceutical companies for the past five years. He loved airplanes and took flying lessons. Peter enjoyed woodworking and helping family members with remodeling projects. He was known to be meticulous with details.Surviving are two daughters, Sabine Freese Honeycutt (Gary) of Lowrys and Dr. Katrin Freese Phillips (Derrich) of Rock Hill; his son, Markus Freese (Kim) of California; and his sister, Margaret Przychodzki of Germany.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1901 Brunswick Ave #100, Charlotte, NC 28207.Read Obituary
