George F. Noeth

George Franklin Noeth, age 74, resident of Tega Cay, South Carolina, passed away at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House (Rock Hill, SC) on Sunday, April 24th, 2016.George was born in Covington, Kentucky on November 1st, 1941. The son of George and Betty (Schulker) Noeth, George was a military veteran and a Vice-President at NCR. On October 30th, 1961, George married Mary Ann (Gottschalk) Noeth in Wichita, Kansas. After his military service, George began employment at NCR in 1965, and served the company for 39 years, moving to various branches including California, West Virginia, Connecticut, South Carolina, and Ohio. George retired from NCR in 2004 and moved with Mary Ann to their home in Tega Cay, South Carolina. George was the President of the Tega Cay Croquet Club and was a master woodworker, building cabinets, decks, and homes in the area.George is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann, eldest son, Scott Noeth (Pam), daughter Robin Marino (Joseph), and youngest son, Steven Noeth (Kerri). George’s grandchildren include Joseph Marino, Ryan Marino, Tyler Noeth, George Wesley Noeth, and Emma Noeth. George is also survived by his brother, William Noeth (Virginia Glancy), aunt Laura Staylor, niece Shelly Noeth Compton (David), and uncle Johnny Noeth.Services will be held privately for immediate family only at George and Mary Ann’s residence.Flowers may be sent to 1095 Palmyra Drive, Tega Cay, SC 29708.Memorials may be made to Hospice & Community Care, P.O.
