Frances Williams

Mrs. Frances Kerns Williams, age 75, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at her home. The funeral ceremony will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Flint Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the burial in the church fellowship hall. Born in Charlotte, Frances was a daughter of the late Francis Maury Kerns and Eleanor Wager Kerns. She graduated from Harding High School. Frances loved cooking for her family, and before her illness, she enjoyed arts and crafts, cross stitch, and ceramics. Surviving is her son, Thomas Michael Williams (Rita) and Jerry Ronald Williams (Ashley), all of York; her brother, Reginald Kerns (Pam) of Lancaster; and two grandchildren, Jacob Williams and Savannah Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Gerald Williams.
