Frances Carol Certano

Ms. Frances Carol Certano, age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Wellmore of Tega Cay.Carol was born in Geneva, New York and was a daughter of the late Francis Luke Finn and Jane Margaret Yannotti Finn. She graduated DeSales High School, attended Finger Lakes Community College, and Eisenhower College earning a degree in criminal justice. Carol went on to spend her career working with adults with developmental delays -- training them for successful job placement. Carol retired to South Carolina where she once again began working as a job development trainer.Carol was an avid golfer, water-skier and loved the outdoors. She had a passion for both indoor and outdoor gardening, sewing and an unmatched love of animals. She is survived by her sister, Rosemary Reitz; her 4 loving children: Paul, Michael, Frank and Michelle; her daughters-in-law: Sandy, Diane and Shannen; and son-in-law: Eric. Carol also has 7 amazing grandchildren: Ryan, Rachael, Rachelle, Trevor, Lauren, Matthew and Nicholas; and 11 great-grandchildren.
