There's not enough space here to share ALL the wonderful memories I have of my mother, "Betty Eissfeldt", but I will certainly 'bookmark' this page in my browser for posterity and future viewing. When telling others about my mother, I never forget to mention the extremely delicious chocolate chip cookies she made. They were SO delicious that when she sent me a can of those cookies when I was in college, I had to hide them or the others in my fraternity house would eat them all! I will certainly & absolutely miss her (and her cookies, too), but I do NOT want her to come back after she has seen Jesus face-to-face --- AND WILL FOR ETERNITY!

I remember those chocolate chip too and also her wonderful peanut brittle that she always made and shared at Christmas time. She would bring Bill some without nuts after she found out that he shouldn't have nuts! and she brought me some with nuts and he would eat mine and his!! What I enjoyed most was how good she was with gardening---we both loved Hibiscus plants and would discus which color we would each would get. She was always coming over to have Bill open a jar for her and to help her with her phone. (it was so fun to watch them and hear them banter back and forth.) He always gave her a hard time and she gave it fight back. I will miss her always!!!
Gods blessings to you and your family, love you all!!
