Doug and I were in many Engineering classes together, and finished our degrees at the same time. Spending most of our days together, I got to know him pretty well. Doug was a nice guy, smart, and loved to laugh. During those years of school, I got to know his wife and son, whom I adore. We tried our best to stay in touch after graduation.
I will cherish our friendship, Doug. I'll check in on the family, from time to time. Fly high, friend!
