Christopher Douglas Burch, 33, of Indian Land SC, died Tuesday January 5, 2021.Chris was born in Rock Hill SC. He was the son of Shawn Burch and Vickie Rhyne Burch. Chris was an avid music fan and enjoyed playing guitar as well as attending music concerts and festivals with his friends as often as he could.Chris is survived by his daughter, whom he loved dearly, Skyler Burch of Waxhaw N.C.; his mother, Vickie Rhyne Burch of Pennsylvania; his father, Shawn Burch and stepmom, Kathryn Burch of Indian Land S.C.; his paternal grandfather, Clyde Burch of Gaffney S.C.; his sister, Sherry Burch of Greenville S.C.; his brother, Matthew Burch and stepbrother, Josh Moore, both of Rock Hill, S.C.; and stepsister, Dani Rodriquez of Charlotte N.C.; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Andy and Shirley Branch; his paternal grandmother, Joyce Burch; and his sister, Tonya Burch.The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. Sunday, January, 10, 2020 at Wolfe Funeral Home and at other times Shawn and Kathryn Burch. Face coverings requested.A memorial service, open to family and close friends, will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the fellowship hall at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, 238 Fort Mill Hwy, Indian Land S.C. Interment of Ashes, open to everyone, will follow at the grave site across from the Church.
