Mr. Charles Allen Whiteside, 82 of Indian Land, SC passed away March 6th, 2022, in Monroe, N.C. Visitation will be held at Wolfe Funeral Home in Fort Mill, S.C. on Sunday, March 13th from 1 until 1:45 p.m. The Funeral Ceremony will follow at 2 p.m. in the Wolfe Funeral Home Chapel. The service will conclude with burial at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Indian Land. Charlie lived a full life with many accomplishments. He was a veteran, salesman, traveling magician, race car driver/owner, construction superintendent, life member Mason and Past Master of the Beaver Dam Lodge in Marshville, NC. He co-owned “Old Timers’ Tack-N-Feed” in Indian Land before retiring in Wingate, NC with his loving wife Susan. Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Susan; brother, David and his oldest grandson, Trey. He is survived by his brothers, John Baxter, Jack (Diane), Mike (Debra); sons, Chuck, Daniel (Mary), and Chris. Four grandchildren and many others.Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4277; or to the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
