Mrs. Barbara Kay Leatherman, age 75, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at her home. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Barbara was the daughter of the late Elray and Gloria Simpson Gimnich. Barbara was a Wife, Mother, Mommaw, Great-Mommaw and Our Angel here on earth.Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Ray Leatherman; her pride and joy her children, Belinda Bowers(spouse David), Elizabeth Tegland (spouse Jerry James), Brian Leatherman (spouse Michelle) and Paul Leatherman. Her Brothers, Ronnie Gimnich (spouse Pam) and Robert Gimnich (spouse Valerie) grandchildren, Nathan Bowers (spouse Lindy), Laura Phillips, Blythe Tegland, Morgan Tegland, Jordan, Savannah, Zach and Zoie Leatherman, Tyler Sexton (spouse Kayla) and Grant Leatherman; great-grandchildren, Landon and London Bowers, Brynlee Phillips, Aiden and Ensley Sexton ; She was preceded in death by her brothers Mike Gimnich, Johnny Gimnich and granddaughter, Olivia Leatherman.Memorials may be made to Lewybody Dementia Association www.lbda.orgRead Obituary
