Alexander Blue Seawell

Mr. Alexander Blue Seawell, 97, of Fort Mill, died Friday, November 27, 2015, at CMC-Pineville.The service for Mr. Seawell will be held privately for the family.Born in Carthage, N.C., Mr. Seawell was a son of the late Eli Pleasant Seawell and Mary Lee Seawell. He served in the Army Air Corp during World War II. Mr. Seawell retired from the retail industry and was a member of Sisk Baptist Church. He enjoyed reading.Surviving are four children; Ronald Seawell of Wrightsville Beach, N.C., Pam Langford of Fort Mill, James A. Seawell of Fort Mill and Benjamin Seawell of New York City; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ingram Seawell (2005).Read Obituary
