Ora D'Ambrosi Pecarro

Mrs. Orswela “Ora” Cecila D’Ambrosi Pecarro, 80, of Fort Mill, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.A private memorial service will be held for the family.Born in New Castle, Penn., Mrs. Pecarro was a daughter of the late Sam and Philomenia Vitale D’Ambrosi. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Pecarro loved watching her grandchildren and enjoyed going to casinos, cooking and reading.Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Joseph W. Pecarro; her children Mary Jo Wedzik of Bluffton, S.C., Joe Pecarro of Bridgeport, W.Va., Sammy Joe Pecarro of Fort Mill and Joanna Morrison of Fort Mill; her brother, Sam D’Ambrosi of Youngstown, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
