Nancy Lois Moore

Miss Nancy Lois Moore, 74, of Indian Land, died Sunday, December 14, 2014, at CMC-Pineville.The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, with the Rev. Scott Vail and Rev. Barry Yates officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church sanctuary.Born in Rock Hill, Nancy was a daughter of the late William Huston Moore and Ruby Ellena Shaw. She graduated from Indian Land High School. Nancy was formerly employed with Springs Industries and was a retired dispatcher with the Fort Mill Police Department. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and volunteered in the church nursery. She loved children and was a great seamstress.Surviving are her two brothers and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Jan Moore and Tom and Nancy Moore, all of Indian Land; nieces and nephews, Kim Davis (Chris), John Moore (Ashley), Sharon Testerman (Chip); great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley, Rebecca, Patrick, Mattie Jane, Lauren and Kate; and her dear friend, Bobby Joe Merritt.
