Mr. Michael Allen Carter, 62, of Fort Mill, died Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.A memorial service will be held privately by the family.Born in Rock Hill, Michael was a son of the late Clyde Carter and Susie Parrish Carter. He was a project manager in commercial construction.Surviving are his son, Michael Carter of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Lyn Carter Bagwell of Fort Mill, S.C. and Christine Smith of Salem, S.C.; nieces and nephews, Billie Jo Fraizer, Erin Patterson, Grayson Bagwell and Kara Whetstine, all of Fort Mill, S.C.; and seven great-nephews.
