Lois Hawkins McMehan

Lois Hawkins McMehan passed away Friday, June 19, 2015. She was 93 years old. In honor of her last wishes, there will be no funeral. The family will hold a private memorial service at a date which will be announced later. Lois was the wife of the late George Edward McMehan. She is survived by her daughter, Ronnie M. Griffin, wife of William D. Griffin (deceased), along with Ronnie’s two sons, William D. “Dee” Griffin Jr., his wife, Jewell B. Griffin and their children, Sarah Griffin and Rachael Griffin as well as by Jonathan A. Griffin and his daughter, Gracie Griffin. Lois is also survived by her son, Grady E. McMehan, his wife, Leigh McMehan and Grady’s two sons, Christopher Shane McMehan and Robert Mason McMehan. Lois is also survived by her son, Tony R. McMehan, his wife, Mandy B. McMehan and their two children, Dalton Christopher McMehan and Charlton Shelby McMehan. Lois is also survived by her two sisters, Myrtle Harrison and Mary Stoddard. The family respectfully asks that instead of sending flowers or other gifts that anyone wishing to do so should make a contribution in her name to their own favorite church or charity.Read Obituary
