Mr. Kenneth Eugene McAtee, 71, of Fort Mill, died Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Abner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 2461 Abner Creek Road, Greer, S.C. 29651, with the Rev. Ralph Riley officiating.Born in Greenville, S.C., Kenneth was a son of the late Fred Milton McAtee and Rhoda Bailey McAtee. He was formerly employed with Keys Printing, Kale Printing & Binding and retired from Binders, Inc. in Charlotte. Kenneth was a member of First Baptist Church. A loving father, he enjoyed playing his guitar and was an avid Panthers fan.Surviving are his son, Preston McAtee of Fort Mill, S.C.; his brother, Lloyd McAtee and his wife, Juanita of Port St. Lucie, Fla. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquelyn Ballenger McAtee; a brother, James McAtee; and his sisters, Shirley Cutts and Darlene Murphree.The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2014 at Wolfe Funeral Home and other times at the home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G.
