Mrs. Kathleen Efird Jackson “Mama Kat”, age 89, died Saturday, March 3, 2018, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.Born in Albemarle, N.C., Mrs. Jackson was a daughter of the late Jacob Ireneus “J.I.” Efird and Nellie May Eudy Efird. When she was three years old, her family moved to Fort Mill, S.C. where she was raised.Surviving are three daughters, Sherry Smith (Graylon), Brenda Howington and Candy Mathis (Sonny); her son, Tully Krimminger (Lorna); 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husbands, Bobby Krimminger and Bill Jackson; two brothers, Marshall and Jerald Efird; and two sisters, Louvine Glenn and Ethlyn Hammond.Memorials may be made to the Wayne T.
