Dan Brent Cook

Mr. Dan Brent Cook, 57, of Fort Mill, died Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Carolinas Cornerstone Church, with the Rev. Barry Yates officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.Born in Charlotte, Dan was the owner of Off Ramp 83 Convenience Store. He enjoyed music, helping people in the community, and his dog, Sugar.Surviving are his father, Albert Clifford Cook and his mother, Bonnie Faye Ramsey, both of Charlotte; two brothers, Dave Cook of Fort Mill and Darryl Cook of York; two sisters, Paula Cook of Rock Hill and Donna Cook of Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews.Memorials may be made to Carolinas Cornerstone Church, 1790 Gardendale Road, Fort Mill, SC 29708; or to the Humane Society of York County, 8177 Regent Parkway – Suite 103, Fort Mill, SC 29715.Read Obituary
